Melissa is currently a registered veterinary technician at Hillside Animal Hospital. Melissa has been in the veterinary industry and a member of Hillside Animal Hospital since 2002. Shortly after graduating from high school, she furthered her education by enrolling in Cedar Valley College. Earning her AAS in veterinary technology in 2007. She is a lover of all animals and homes many species including, donkeys, hedgehogs, chinchillas, bearded dragons, an axolotl, sheep, goats, chickens, cats, dogs, and a tortoise.  Melissa brings an eccentric and fun atmosphere to our hospital, and we love having her around. Her favorite part of veterinary medicine is dentistry and working with her husband, Matt, RVT (and honor roll recipient).
