Dr. Frame feels growing up on a farm is what inspired him to become a veterinarian.  He attended the University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine graduating in 1964.   He remembers that veterinary students were required to wear smocks or coveralls for most class work and he sold them to the students to help support his family during those school years.

Upon graduation from veterinary school, Dr. Frame worked two years in St. Joseph in a mixed practice, then 30 years in Kansas City in small animal practice in which he designed and built the building for his practice.

Dr. Frame retired in 1994 and enjoys spending his time traveling, fishing, flying, and doing yard work.
