Great Cat! He had a wonderful life. You often hear how short a cat's life is. Most often I guess that is true. They tell us an ourdoor cat doesn't live past a few years. Velcro is the exception. He came to our house as a small piece of yellow fur just over six weeks old. His name was obvious. Whenever you tried to get him off the couch or bed, he hung on until you ripped him off with that very sound velcro makes when you take it apart. He was a playful yet not mean sort of cat. His only targets for his claws was a couch and clothes hamper we could not save. He learned not to climb curtains and not to bite too hard. He never was a massive hunter. He did get a few outside creatures but not many. There were no kids yet ut soon Amber would be born for him to play with. Over the years he saw more changes than you would think an cat would. Eighteen and a half years brings changes no matter what your point of view. When he was born there were no VCRs, no home computers, no mini vans. No cell phones, SUVs or jet ski Veterinarian: Mar Doering, DVM
