Bean came to me as an unwanted, dumped, abused, and starving dog.  He wouldn't come near a man and I was the only person he ever trusted.  In time he learned to growl, bark, play with toys and other dogs and enjoy the touch of a human who loved him with all her heart.  We were both broken creatures and our short time together was filled with warmth, trust and love.  I will miss your presence in my life always but I am gratefull that you filled my heart.
